青岛日报社/观海新闻6月17日讯 为全面落实海洋生态保护法律法规，健全完善海洋生态环境公益诉讼司法保护、生态修复、社会共治工作体系，发挥“海洋十年”科普公益联盟作用，近日，由黄岛区检察院、黄岛区法院、西海岸新区海洋发展局联合主办，“海洋十年”科普公益联盟、中国科学院海洋研究所、黄岛区清源环保公益服务中心协办的“守护蔚蓝，向海图强”公益诉讼海草床生态修复项目启动仪式在黄岛区星光岛海滩顺利举行。

　　黄岛区检察院党组书记、检察长张连杰，西海岸新区海洋发展局局长隋俊昌致辞。黄岛区检察院党组成员、副检察长栾兆津主持。与会领导和专家、公益组织代表共同推杆启动项目，现场还开展了生态修复项目讲解、海草和生物多样性科普以及海草种植体验活动。

　　海草床被誉为海洋里的“海底草原”，是全球三大典型蓝碳生态系统之一，它扎根浅海，随波生长，在净化水质、护岸固碳、为海洋生物提供栖息繁育场所等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本次公益诉讼海草床生态修复项目，将充分发挥检察机关公益诉讼职能、法院审判职能与海洋主管部门监管职能，依托科研机构的专业技术支撑，同步开展公众科普与参与活动，推动形成“办理一案、修复一片、治理一域”的良好效应，助力构建陆海统筹、人海和谐的海洋生态保护新格局。

　　下一步，黄岛区检察院将以此次项目启动为契机，汇聚各方合力，持续深化海洋生态保护协作，扎实推进海草床生态修复各项工作，以法治力量守护蓝色家园，为推动海洋生态文明建设、实现向海图强目标贡献检察力量。(青岛日报/观海新闻记者 戴谦 通讯员 石艺)
